Our registration form collects information that we are obligated to keep secure. The connection from your computer to our secure system (SSL) server requires that your browser allow a TLS 1.0 connection. Some older browsers do not have this as a default setting and must be manually changed.

If the registration form does not open, please follow the instructions below:

For Internet Explorer,
Go to Tools>Internet Options
Click on the "Advanced" tab on the Internet Options window
Scroll down to the Security section
Make sure to check on "Use TLS 1.0"
Click "OK"
Click the browser's REFRESH button and you should see the Registration Form

For Firefox,
Go to Tools>Options
Click on the "Advanced"
Click on the "Encryption" tab
Make sure to check on "Use TLS 1.0"
Click "OK"
Click the browser's RELOAD button and you should see the Registration Form
